Teo Cheow Tong | Advisor, RSM Singapore

Mr. Teo Cheow Tong joined RSM Singapore as a partner in 1993, leading the Firm's inaugural IPO in 1995. He has since overseen more than 20 IPOs and listed companies. During his tenure, he served as Head of Assurance for 12 years before joining the Executive Committee as the Senior Partner overseeing HR.

An alumnus of National University of Singapore, Cheow Tong's earlier career includes four years at Arthur Young & Company and seven years as a controller for subsidiaries of multinational corporations. Following his retirement in 2022, he continues to serve as an advisor to the Firm's Executive Committee.

Mr. Oliver Tan is the Co-founder & CEO of ViSenze, an NUS spin-off utilizing deep machine learning to power visual search for global retailers like Uniqlo, ASOS and Adidas. He led the company from inception through global enterprise adoption, earning accolades such as CB Insights Retail Top 100 & AWS Tech Partner of the Year (2020).

Recognized as a leader in multimodal AI, ViSenze was cited by Shopify as a premier AI search tool in 2025. Following this success, the company was acquired by Rezolve AI, a Gartner Magic Quadrant leader in AI for Commerce, further cementing Oliver's impact on the future of digital discovery.
